Key Requirements
- 1+ year of barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Familiarity with espresso machines, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Friendly, energetic personality with a customer-first attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Catering Coordinator
Plan and execute seamless catering events that showcase the very best of Cafe Rio. You'll liaise with clients, coordinate logistics with the kitchen team, and ensure every corporate lunch, private dinner, or special event exceeds expectations.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of catering, event planning, or hospitality coordination experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for events
Line Cook
Join our kitchen brigade and help prepare the fresh, flavorful dishes that define Cafe Rio's menu. You'll work a designated station, maintain impeccable food quality and hygiene standards, and collaborate with the broader culinary team during service.
Key Requirements
- 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience in a restaurant environment
- Solid knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
- Current food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
